Dr. Reepunjaya Singh, Ph.D., is a distinguished academic and administrator, formerly serving as Honorary Member, Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, and Senior Professor of Urban Development as well as Officer-in-Charge, Centre for Disaster Management, at the Harish Chand Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (OTS/HCM RIPA), Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He holds Master’s degrees in Geography, Urban & Regional Planning, Remote Sensing, and Ecology & Environment. His doctoral work focused on “Geomorphology and Settlement Pattern of the Indira Gandhi Canal Command Area.” Before joining HCM RIPA as Professor in 2012, Dr. Singh gained 22 years of professional experience across the Departments of Town Planning, Science & Technology (State Remote Sensing Application Centre, Jodhpur), and College Education. He has also served as Visiting Faculty, Department of Geo-informatics, MDS University, Ajmer.
