Author is from Pauri Garhwal, is a MCom, M.A. Theatre and holds a Diploma in Folk Music. He has published Research papers on Yaksh Cult in Garwhal, Ramman (a form of Ramayan Ritual in local dialect coupled with Mask Dance). Currently, he is working on Folk Rituals of Garwhal area of Uttarakhand.
