with discernment live in less conflict and command more respect wherever they go.
When criticised ask yourself three questions. Is it
beneficial? Is it true? Is the Intention Noble?
Handling criticism is no different. It doesn’t matter how you take it, so long as you don’t let it wreck your self-esteem, you are okay.
