Cutting-edge Multispecialty Emergency Center at the Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth
Kshetra in Ayodhya.
Apollo Hospitals Group, renowned for setting benchmarks in healthcare
excellence, recently expanded its footprint in pilgrimage healthcare. Recently,
Apollo inaugurated a cutting-edge multispecialty emergency medical center at
the sacred Shree Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetral in Ayodhya, UP. This latest
development comes after the successful establishment of an emergency medical
center in Tirupati and a 60-day medical camp in Badrinath and Kedarnath.
The Emergency Center was inaugurated by Mrs. Upasana Kamineni, CSR
Vice-Chairperson and Shri Champat Rai Ji, Secretary, Ram Janmabhoomi Trust on
December 14, 2024. This emergency medical center became fully operational in
the latter half of the year. It offers round-the-clock emergency care, advanced
diagnostics, specialist consultations, and ensures that the pilgrims have
access to world-class medical services during their spiritual journey.
In order to know more about the Advanced Emergency Medical Center at Ayodhya,
eSamskriti reached out to Apollo Foundation and shared details about the
facility. The emergency medical center is located in the Ram Mandir
complex at the PHC (Public Health Center) in Ayodhya. It is primarily intended
to serve devotees and those working for the Ram Mandir Trust, including
labourers. In addition to them, the facility is also accessible to the
residents of Ayodhya. To reach the emergency centre and avail its free-of-cost
services, residents must enter the Ram Mandir Temple complex.
This Emergency Medical Center serves as a lifesaving hub for pilgrims,
especially senior citizens. The facility consists staff who are trained emergency
doctors, nurses, and paramedics. The center provides immediate medical
attention for health emergencies such as cardiac issues, dehydration, injuries,
and respiratory issues, etc. It offers stabilization and referral services for
patients needing advanced care. It also offers basic diagnostics and trauma
support on-site, including health monitoring and first aid for elderly or
high-risk pilgrims.
By ensuring prompt and professional healthcare, the facility reduces the risk
of medical emergencies. The facility is equipped to handle severe health crisis
by offering round-the-clock critical support and ICU backup for both adults and
children. In addition to this, it also offers rapid transport ambulances with
advanced life care support, ensuring swift and efficient patient
